• Ensure all investigations, reports, logs and other security functions are done properly by staff.
• Problem‑solving skills with diverse ways to diffuse difficult situations.
• Assist Security Manager with planning, organizing, and coordinating all security policies to keep them current and implemented regularly.
• Identify security problems and assist with developing solutions in coordination with management.
• Ensure adherence to GDW/Elko Security Policy including Nevada law and Division of Gaming Regulations.
• Protect classified information held on company premises.
• Ensure the safety of all patrons and employees.
• Assist patrons as needed and provide customer service to internal and external guests.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluent in English (verbal and written).
• Ability to work with little supervision.
• Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid and AED certifications.
• Valid Driver’s License held for past 5 years, current in Nevada.
• Valid identification establishing identity.
• Valid identification establishing right to work in the United States.
• Registered with Nevada Gaming Control Board.
