Secure Source International is actively hiring experienced Security Professionals for an exciting security assignment supporting a Nevada Orla mining operation located in Elko. If you're dependable, professional, and looking for a company that recognizes your hard work, we'd love to hear from you!

We're looking for individuals who take pride in protecting people and property while providing exceptional customer service.

• Security Officers: $19.00 per hour
• Supervisors: $20.00 per hour
• Security Officers receive a $0.50 per hour raise after 60 days
• Night Shift Differential: +$0.25 per hour
• Weekend Shift Differential: +$0.25 per hour

• Day Shift Supervisor
• Swing Shift Supervisor
• Night Shift Supervisor

• 7 Officers working approximately 32 hours per week
• 7 Officers working approximately 24 hours per week

Each shift will be staffed by:

• One Patrol Officer
• One Access Control Officer

• Day Shift
  • 6:00 a.m.
    
    - 2:00 p.m.
• Swing Shift
  • 2:00 p.m.
    
    - 10:00 p.m.
• Night Shift
  • 10:00 p.m.
    
    - 6:00 a.m.

We provide the training needed to prepare you for success.

• Current MSHA Certified Candidates
• Start on the August 17th
• Complete the required MSHA Refresher Course
• Candidates Without MSHA Certification
• Start on the August 18th
• Attend a three-day MSHA Certification Course before beginning work

• Control vehicle and pedestrian access through designated entry points.
• Conduct routine security patrols throughout the property.
• Monitor and protect company assets.
• Complete accurate incident reports, activity logs, and shift documentation.
• Respond professionally to incidents and emergencies.
• Communicate effectively with management, employees, contractors, visitors, and emergency responders.
• Work collaboratively with fellow security professionals.
• Maintain a professional appearance and exceptional customer service at all times.

• An active Nevada Security Guard License.
• Prior security experience and/or mining experience.
• A valid driver's license.
• A reliable, working vehicle.
• The ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
• Strong attendance and time-management skills.
• The ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Willingness to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
