  Minimum of 5+ years of hands‑on experience as a Master or high‑level Journeyman in HVAC and Refrigeration.
• Diagnostic Mastery:
  Extensive experience troubleshooting and diagnosing a wide range of commercial and residential equipment.
• Leadership Qualities:
  The ability to lead by example, guide others, and communicate complex issues clearly to both team members and customers.
• Professionalism:
  Clean‑cut, presentable appearance with exemplary customer service skills.
