• High School diploma or equivalent
• Valid Commercial Driver’s License
• 1+ year of experience safely operating equipment near workers and underground utilities
• Ability to pass pre-employment, random, post-accident, and reasonable suspicion drug screens
• Valid US work authorization documents for E-Verify
• Satisfactory pre-employment background check
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Pre-employment medical fit-for-duty test and ability to hold/obtain DOT medical card
• Fluency in English (all safety instructions are in English)
• Ability to work outdoors in extreme weather and perform physical tasks (lifting up to 50lbs, standing, climbing, kneeling, crouching, crawling)
