Are you ready to dive into an exciting summer adventure with Komatsu? This temporary summer position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience as a Laborer, working alongside skilled Welders and Mechanics on cutting-edge equipment. You'll be involved in both Welding and Mechanic tasks, tackling mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems on all models of electric shovels and other impressive mining machinery.

This is your chance to learn, grow, and make a real impact in a dynamic and fast-paced environment!

• Perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting or moving average weight materials and working in challenging positions.
• Assist skilled trades or craftsmen by fetching tools, materials, and equipment.
• Work alongside experienced Welders or Mechanics to learn how to interpret blueprints, operate electrical and pneumatic power tools, and follow a scope of work.
• Clean tools, equipment, paint, and grease equipment as needed.
• Promote Komatsu's Safety First attitude by understanding and complying with all established Cardinal Rules, working safely, promoting the safety of coworkers, and constantly looking for ways to improve and maintain a safe working environment.
• Work well under pressure, meet multiple and sometimes competing deadlines, and demonstrate cooperative behavior with coworkers and supervisors.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Age: Must be 18 years of age.
