Field Service Heavy Equipment Mechanics - FIFO

EWP National is hiring Field Service Heavy Equipment Mechanics to diagnose, repair, and maintain drilling rigs, mobile haul equipment, OTR trucks, and support equipment in active field environments. This role requires strong hydraulic, electrical, and powertrain troubleshooting skills and involves regular travel, including remote and fly-in/fly-out opportunities. Ideal candidates are highly independent, safety-driven, and experienced in heavy mobile equipment repair.

- Experience diagnosing and repairing hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems
- Experience with drilling rigs, high-pressure hydraulics, or mobile haul equipment (preferred)
- Strong electrical troubleshooting skills (wiring, sensors, charging systems, control circuits)
- Experience with OTR trucks, engines, and auxiliary equipment
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- Ability to travel and work in remote environments
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Experience troubleshooting large-frame drilling or material movement equipment
- Advanced hydraulic and electrical diagnostic experience
- Ability to work independently in field environments
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Welding and light fabrication experience
