Key job responsibilities include completing assigned repair tasks efficiently, adhering rigorously to all Komatsu Equipment Company and customer-specific safety policies and procedures, accurately completing all required documentation, enforcing contamination control and hazardous material guidelines, skillfully removing and installing machine parts, providing precise quotations and pricing estimates to customers, diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical and component failures, conducting thorough testing and verification procedures, applying comprehensive failure analysis methods, and collaborating effectively with team members and supervisors.
Qualifications/requirements include a high school diploma or GED, a minimum of 2 years of relevant hands-on experience in heavy equipment repair, maintenance, or a closely related technical field, flexibility to adjust to varied work schedules, essential skills and competencies in language, mathematics, computer, analytical & problem-solving, customer service & communication, teamwork & collaboration, planning and organizational skills, professionalism & quality focus, safety awareness, and adaptability.
