Position Overview Rango West LLC is seeking EXPERIENCED Heavy Equipment Utility Operators to join our team. As a utility operator, you must be versatile, adaptable, and open to operating several different pieces of equipment based on daily site needs.

Key Responsibilities Safely and efficiently operate a variety of heavy machinery (e.g., excavators, dozers, loaders, scrapers) as directed.

Adapt quickly to shifting tasks, moving between different pieces of equipment seamlessly throughout the workday.

Perform mandatory daily pre-trip safety inspections and routine preventative maintenance (fluid checks, greasing).Collaborate closely with ground crews, grade checkers, and supervisors to maintain high site productivity.

Adhere strictly to MSHA standards, company safety protocols, and union guidelines.

Position Requirements

Experience:

Proven history as an experienced, multi-craft Heavy Equipment Operator.

Versatility: A strong willingness and capability to operate several different types of equipment.

Safety Mindset: A deep understanding of civil/commercial construction site dynamics.

Must be in good standing with OE Local 3 and fully eligible for dispatch or be able to make arrangements to become in good standings.
