Empire Southwest is seeking a skilled technician to troubleshoot, repair, and service Caterpillar and allied machinery in a shop environment in Nevada. You will diagnose electrical, hydraulic, and power-train issues, communicate conditions to clients and management, and ensure high-quality service reporting.
Ideal candidates have at least six months of related experience, a valid driver's license, and must complete the eTRAIN assessment. Safety and customer service are emphasized in this role.
