Job Description

We are looking for a Mobile Maintenance Advanced Helper (Tech 3 or higher) in our Underground Maintenance department, reporting to the Underground Mobile Maintenance Supervisor. The role involves maintaining underground mobile equipment, troubleshooting hydraulic systems, and supporting a safe, productive work environment.

• Offer constructive solutions to problems and issues.
• Shop equipment, tools, and skills – read and understand blueprints, instruction manuals, and schematics.
• Hydraulic systems – troubleshoot and repair basic hydraulic systems and explain component functions on a hydraulic schematic.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Two years of light/heavy mechanical experience preferred.
• One year of mining (surface or underground) experience preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude required.
• Strong work ethic and good attendance required.
• Ability to use a computer for parts and work order tracking and to send/receive email.
• Commitment to working safely and to standards required.
• Basic computer skills preferred (SAP, Cat ET, Cat SIS, Cummins Insite, Serdia).
• Demonstrated ability to be self‑directed, team‑oriented, and work with minimal supervision.
