Velocity Rail Solutions is seeking dependable CDL Class A Drivers with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements to join our elite team fueling locomotives in Elko, NV
. These positions offer guaranteed hours and overtime, set schedules, weekly pay, and year‑round stability — no weather or seasonal slowdowns.

You’ll be paid for a full 12‑hour shift — including breaks, lunch, and dispatch wait time — with steady income. If you want a local driving job where you’re home daily and part of a vital operation, this is it.

• $102,900 + annually
• $30/hr. overtime after 40 hours guaranteed
• $2100 + weekly earnings (60 hours most weeks)
• 48 hours every 3rd week

• Swing shift schedule (combination AM and PM Shifts 4:30 to 4:30) with Sunday and Monday off and Saturday, Sunday, Monday EVERY 3rd week

• Operate as a mobile gas station for the railroad, hauling and delivering fuel using an automatic tractor‑trailer tanker
• Work on an on‑call basis during your shift — paid for the full 12 hours regardless of the number of dispatches

• CDL Class A with Hazmat & Tanker endorsements
• Must live within the hiring radius for Elko, NV
• Previous experience hauling hazmat not required
• Ability to pass DOT and company background checks
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
• Strong communication and time‑management skills

• Able to consistently bend, stoop, kneel, and climb on and off elevated surfaces
• May have to walk long distances on paved, unmaintained, or uneven surfaces
• Able to climb in and out of a truck cab multiple times per shift and climb a ladder or steps 10 or more times per day
• Able to drive and work outside in adverse weather conditions
• Willing to work with liquid hazardous and dry bulk materials
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently
