Schedule
:
Tuesday – Saturday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.; with flexibility to work overtime occasionally
Pay Type

Non-Exempt / Paid Weekly
- Under general supervision, perform clerical functions including receiving, classifying, reconciling, consolidating and summarizing documents and information.
- Maintain records or logs; verify completion and accuracy of information; set up and maintain files and records.
- Provide administrative support to the department: filing, opening mail, typing and answering phones.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- H.S. diploma/GED required
- Two (2) years or more administrative and clerical support experience required
- Customer service skills and telephone etiquette
- Highly thorough and dependable

- Good sense of humor, work/life balance and sound decision making
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization
