Key responsibilities include managing the overall customer experience, ensuring satisfaction and tracking reviews; providing prompt responses to potential customers, demonstrating priority and professionalism; coordinating crews and resources for active projects, overseeing project scopes and estimates; and maintaining clear communication with clients, teammates, vendors, and insurance representatives.

Requirements include the ability to work a 24/7/365 job, previous experience in cleaning/restoration preferred, high school diploma/GED, IICRC certifications preferred;
Xactimate® experience is a PLUS!, valid driver's license, ability to participate in the on-call rotation to take the calls from our customers on evening and weekends, and successful completion of a background check.
