• Examine government solicitations to fully grasp specific requirements and evaluation standards.
• Draft superior proposals that directly address client objectives and internal goals to help secure new business.
• Work alongside project managers and subject matter experts to collect necessary data and technical insights.
• Review and refine proposal drafts to guarantee they are accurate, clear, and fully compliant with submission rules.
• Organize and manage a repository of past submissions and templates to streamline future efforts.
• Help define proposal strategies and core themes to improve our overall competitive standing.
• Engage in internal proposal reviews, using feedback to elevate the standard of our final submissions.
• Monitor current government contracting trends to ensure our development methods remain effective and current.

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, English, or a comparable discipline.
• Demonstrated history of success in proposal writing, ideally within the federal contracting space.
• Solid grasp of federal procurement regulations and standard operating procedures.
• Superior proofreading and writing abilities, with a sharp eye for detail to ensure error-free documentation.
• Capacity to thrive in a high-pressure environment while consistently hitting strict deadlines.
• Strong analytical and research capabilities to help synthesize complex information into clear narratives.
• Advanced proficiency in proposal management tools and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Exceptional organizational skills, allowing you to effectively manage the lifecycle of multiple concurrent proposals.
