We’re seeking someone who enjoys working with customers, can multi-task, follow a strict process, and is able to produce multiple projects simultaneously and manage subcontractors. Primary Responsibilities

• Manage construction job projects start to finish
• Perform detailed and accurate data entry, job file notes, and handling job project finances
• Coordinate crew and job scheduling
• Receive general phone calls and greet visitors
• Schedule sub contractors
• Obtain customer selections
• Assist other departments, as needed

Position Requirements

• 3+ year(s) of project management or construction experience
• Customer service experience, quality assurance, and scheduling a plus
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
• Capability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Ability to learn new software, utilize CRM
• Minimum of HSD/GED preferred
• Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law

Hours

• Meet the needs of our customers but standard hours are 8am - 5pm

Pay Rate

Competitive pay based on experience.
