On-site Experienced Construction Project Coordinator

Construction Project Coordinator – SERVPRO – serving multiple territories between Baltimore and western MD

We are looking for a proactive, self‑motivated professional who enjoys working with customers and managing multiple construction projects simultaneously. The successful candidate will follow a strict process, multitask efficiently, and coordinate subcontractors and crew to deliver high‑quality results.

• Manage construction job projects from start to finish.
• Perform detailed and accurate data entry, maintain job file notes, and handle project finances.
• Coordinate crew and schedule job activities.
• Receive phone calls, greet visitors, and provide customer service.
• Schedule subcontractors and obtain customer selections.
• Assist other departments as needed.

• 3+ years of project management or construction experience.
• Customer service experience, quality assurance, and scheduling experience.
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented office environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to learn new software and effectively use CRM systems.
• Minimum of high school diploma or GED preferred.
• Successful completion of a background check subject to applicable law.

• Standard hours are 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.; flexibility to meet customer needs may be required.

Competitive pay ranging from $50,000 to $60,000 per year, based on experience.
