English Instructor – On Site

• Deliver lessons according to Berlitz teaching principles, focusing on students’ goals, needs, and interests
• Conduct level assessments and needs analyses
• Teach private and group students at the Learning Center, offsite locations, or virtually
• Meet regularly with the Academic Specialist for lesson evaluation and coaching
• Participate in training and professional development modules and live sessions
• Maintain up-to-date student pedagogical and attendance records
• Integrate learning technology into teaching programs
• Maintain shared teaching resource materials
• Perform additional duties delegated by the Service Delivery Manager or Academic Specialist
• Provide student support in accordance with Berlitz teaching and customer service principles

• Eligible to work in the US
• Four-year college/university degree or equivalent
• Native fluent in the language(s) to teach
• Exceptional communication skills in English and the native language
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Flexible working hours
• Availability during the day
• Ability to take initiative and work independently
• Ability to work in a diverse environment
• Ability to talk or hear, stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally
• Comfortable using standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines

Demonstrates expertise in delivering tailored language lessons while integrating technology and maintaining accurate student records. Possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively support diverse student needs.
