- Manage complex programs and projects, ensuring successful execution and closeout
- Develop proposals focusing on Technical Volume and Basis of Estimate
- Oversee cost and schedule performance of all program‑related projects
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned programs
- Supervise Integrated Product Teams to ensure effective program management
- BS in Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent degree strongly preferred
- At least 10 years of relevant DoD Program Management experience, preferably in CBRN/E field
- Experience managing programs with an average size of $20-$100M and a staff of over 20 individuals
- Knowledge of the Program/Project life cycle from proposal development through closeout
- Eligible to obtain DoD SECRET security clearance
- MBA, PMP, or DAU Certification preferred
- Strong skills in risk planning, mitigation, and reporting
- Proficiency in government acquisition methods and terminologies
- Experience with Integrated Product Team development across multiple engineering disciplines
- Ability to work on complex problems requiring in-depth analysis
