Synergi is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Estimator to join our growing pre-construction team.
In this role, you will work closely with clients, vendors, subcontractors, engineering teams, and operations to develop accurate project budgets, scopes, and proposals. You will play a critical role in helping secure and launch exciting architectural and construction projects by combining technical knowledge, commercial awareness, and strong communication skills.

What You’ll Be Doing- Reviewing architectural drawings, specifications, and bid documents
- Performing quantity take-offs and detailed cost analysis
- Developing scopes of work and preparing competitive bid proposals
- Preparing RFIs and communicating with clients and project stakeholders
- Soliciting and evaluating subcontractor and vendor pricing
