About the Role:
The Change Manager will play a central role in enhancing governance, release readiness, and enterprise workflow consistency by overseeing the full lifecycle of technology changes across configuration tools such as Jira and Service Now. This position ensures that all change-control processes—ranging from CCB and ARB reviews to risk assessments and release coordination—are executed with transparency, tracked through effective dashboard reporting, and continuously improved for efficiency.
By administering workflows, enforcing standards, maintaining team boards, and driving ongoing enhancements to change governance, the Change Manager helps maintain a stable, predictable environment that enables rapid modernization while safeguarding operational integrity.
The role also requires the ability to clearly communicate processes and train teams to understand and follow change-control expectations. Responsibilities include managing change control activities, setting up Jira and Service Now workflows, and collaborating with teams to ensure compliance with governance requirements.
- Lead and facilitate CCB and ARB governance processes
- Administer, configure, and optimize Jira workflows and team boards
- Manage and track change requests within Service Now
- Oversee end-to-end risk analysis and release management activities
- Maintain enterprise reporting dashboards and governance documentation
- Ensure consistent adherence to change management policies and standards
- Communicate process updates clearly and train teams on expectations
Required Professional
Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in change management or release/change governance
- Hands‑on experience with Jira, Confluence, and Service Now
- Proven ability to set up consistent Jira boards, Confluence spaces, and governance dashboards that roll up to leadership reporting
- Strong understanding of workflow design and enterprise governance practices
- Jira administration experience strongly preferred
Preferred Professional
Skills:
- Advanced Jira configuration or Jira Admin certification
- Experience administering Confluence spaces and structured documentation
- Service Now Change Management experience
- Strong communication, facilitation, and documentation abilities
