Job Profile

Lot Operations Specialist II – Individual Contributor – Management Level – Flexible Work Option (no remote). Must work at a specified Cox location. Compensation:
Hourly base pay $16.63 - $24.90/hour, subject to location, skills. Eligible for commission, incentive programs.

• Organize and maintain placement of vehicles within designated zone or move area to the standards established by lot operations leadership.
• Use Supervisor and Lot Ops dashboards to make move decisions and stage assigned zone area on a daily basis.
• Continuously improve safety and efficiency of vehicle movement in and out of assigned zone.
• Move and stage vehicles safely to proper work destinations, eliminating multiple drop‑off points and incomplete loads.
• Confirm vehicles can operate safely; engage service and tow teams for inoperable vehicles.
• Label vehicles with sale and routing labels to maintain accurate movements.
• Communicate with crew leaders and managers regarding inventory levels and priority decisions.
• Model Cox/Manheim values and uphold company policies related to employee and customer conduct.
• Represent Manheim’s safety commitment by following safety and health procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

• Minimum:
  High School Diploma or GED and 3 years of related field experience.
• Alternative:
  Any level degree or certification beyond HS diploma/GED in related discipline, or 5 years of related experience.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; must be able to drive vehicles with standard and automatic transmission.
• Basic mechanical knowledge (e.g., flat tires, low gas, jump‑starting vehicles).
• Preferred:
  • 6 months of auction or driving experience
  • Knowledge of lot operations, lot layout
  • Knowledge of LDM

• Stand, walk, reach, talk & hear; vision requirements including close, distance, color vision, depth perception.
• Stand for prolonged periods.
• Lifting capacity: 1–15 pounds.
• Walk long distances.

Exposure to outdoor weather conditions, moderate noise level.
