Assembly Associate

Shift/Hours: Monday - Friday: 8:15 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay Rate: $18/hr

Location: Elkridge, MD

Our client is looking for Assembly Associate to join their Aluminum Display System company! If you have prior material handler experience this is the opportunity for you! This is a temporary assignment is an urgent fill project with a start date of 3/2/26. Note to Candidates:
This project is time-sensitive and requires a quick learning curve. Successful candidates will be assigned to either the Miter Assembly unit (sit-down) or the Nexus Frame unit (standing/power tools) upon arrival.

Assembly Associate responsibilities include:

• Manual & Power Tool Assembly:
  Use hand tools (such as Allen wrenches and clamps) and power drills to assemble aluminum frames and components.
• Hardware Installation:
  Precisely install screws into pre-drilled metal pieces and apply Velcro backing to finished parts according to standard processes.
• Production Goal Achievement:
  Maintain a steady work pace to meet daily output quotas and project deadlines.
• Quality Control:
  Exercise strong attention to detail to ensure all pieces are assembled correctly and meet the company's high-quality standards.

  Work alongside seasoned team members to learn assembly processes quickly and assist in various departments as needed.

Assembly Associate requirements include:

• Experience:
  
  Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or industrial environment.
• Reliability: A proven track record of being punctual, responsible, and maintaining excellent attendance.
• Physical Ability:
  Must be comfortable either sitting or standing for the duration of a shift and capable of frequent lifting of up to 10 lbs.
• Work Ethic: A strong sense of urgency and the ability to learn new assembly tasks in a fast-paced environment.
