Production Technician

Our client, a leader in electrical control equipment manufacturing, is seeking a dedicated Production Technician to join their team. As a Production Technician, you will be an integral part of the manufacturing department supporting assembly and quality assurance processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, teamwork, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Pay Rate:$22

Shift: 1

• Assemble panel boards and switchboards according to customer specifications using electrical drawings and schematics.
• Inspect and test finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and compliance requirements.
• Utilize hand and power tools for electrical wiring and assembly tasks.
• Maintain workflow progress, communicate issues such as part shortages or problems to team leads.
• Prepare finished products for shipment and support continuous improvement initiatives.

• Minimum one year of experience in an assembly-related role involving hand and/or power tools.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Proficiency with measuring tools, torque tolerances, and hardware assembly.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Physical ability to lift up to 35 lbs regularly and work overtime as needed.
