Location:

Best Buy 263 – Elkridge, MD 21075. Job Type: Regular. Become a Part‑Time HP Retail Sales Associate! Pay: $18.00 per hour.

Schedule:

Up to 15 hours per week;
Saturday and Sunday preferred. Flexible Friday options may be available based on location needs.

• Sell HP products and services in a retail store, kiosk, and/or event environments.
• Maintain professional interactions with customers and fellow employees.
• Meet or exceed personal sales goals on a monthly basis.
• Courteously welcome customers, offer assistance, and escort them to displays.
• Assess needs and suggest products fitting those needs.
• Advise customers by providing information on products and services.
• Help customers make selections by building confidence.
• Accurately document and report sales.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Accurately track and communicate all activity to Retail Operations.
• Ensure workstation/kiosk is clean, well‑organized, functional, and presentable.
• Submit all paperwork completely and accurately.

• Regular and prompt attendance.
• Meet established monthly/weekly sales quotas/goals.
• Customer/client satisfaction based on rejection percentage and substantiated complaints.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six (6) months of prior sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of products and services.
• Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, team environment.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Maintain customer confidentiality.

• Stable, weekly schedule.
