In this exciting role, you’ll work closely with retail shoppers to recommend the perfect Meta products. You’ll be the go-to person for customers seeking information on Meta’s products, ensuring they have an interactive, informative, and prosperous shopping experience. Build relationships within a retail environment and bring a technology-first mindset as you train retail associates on new AI apps and tools. Our team fully provides all technology training.

• Engage customers and demonstrate products, showcasing the latest Meta gadgets and how they can enhance their lives.
• Build trust by understanding customer needs and confidently recommending the perfect Meta product.
• Represent Meta and 2020 Companies with professionalism and a welcoming approach, fostering positive relationships with customers and store staff.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the team’s success.
• Maintain Meta displays clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Partner with retail sales associates and leaders, share knowledge, and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
• Track customer interactions, feedback, and sales electronically; submit daily reports using your mobile device.
• Consistent weekend visits: schedule primarily Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts.
• Foster positive partner, Field and Store relationships by adapting to local retail store environments, respecting established hierarchies, and adhering to all operational policies while representing 2020 companies.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum six months of experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecom, or marketing preferred.
• Interest in AV and VR products a plus.
• Ability to engage, demonstrate, and ask for the sale necessary.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills essential.
• Impeccable integrity and genuine commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
• Thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
• Availability to work weekends and up to a minimum of three one-time weekday shifts required.
• Own a smartphone with an equivalent operating system of "iPhone 11" or "Samsung S25".
• Ability to stand, walk around, reach, pick up, bend, grab, up to 20lbs occasionally, with continuous hand/eye coordination and fine manipulation (accommodations may be made for disabilities).
• Reliable transportation to arrive on time for scheduled visits.
