Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or clinicians by carrying out site-specific procedures, policies, and emergency response activities within a healthcare setting.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, grounds, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.;
Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, behavioral health concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.;
Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with directions and escorts as assigned, and report unusual conditions or security-related incidents to appropriate personnel.;
Prepare clear, accurate incident reports and maintain communication with supervisors, healthcare staff, and local emergency responders when needed.
