Job Description Summary – Scaffold E&D ForemanAs a Scaffold E&D Foreman, you will design scaffold plans, coordinate material orders, manage documentation, and mentor scaffold carpenters. You will work closely with the E&D Foreman 2 and E&D Supervisor to ensure safe and efficient scaffold erection and dismantling.
Responsibilities- Design various types of scaffolds and order materials as required.
- Prepare and maintain documentation—delivery/pick‑up tickets, time sheets, extra work authorizations, safety plans, job safety analyses (JSAs), and scaffold inspection checklists.
- Mentor and coach Scaffold E&D Lead Carpenters, facilitating their development.
- Supervise crews and up to three Lead Carpenters during scaffold erection and dismantling.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA scaffold rules and regulations.
- Maintain safe work practices and enforce height‑safety standards.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years as a Scaffold E&D Lead Carpenter or comparable experience.
- Trade school training preferred but not required.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to work safely at considerable heights.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
- Strong supervisory skills—manage crews and up to three Lead Carpenters.
- In-depth knowledge of OSHA regulations for scaffold safety.
- Comprehensive understanding of scaffold materials and load limitations.
Bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, and lifting 40 pounds or more are required. Work takes place both indoors and outdoors.

CompensationBase Pay Range: $23.52–$29.40 per hour (starting rate may vary based on location, education, training, and experience). Please visit for more information on benefits.
