Scaffold E&D Foreman

Sunbelt Rentals is seeking an experienced Scaffold E&D Foreman to lead scaffold installation and safety compliance.

• Design various types of scaffolds and order materials as needed to maintain workflow.
• Perform all necessary documentation, including delivery/pick up tickets, time sheets, extra work authorizations, safety plans, JSA’s and scaffold inspection checklists.
• Act as a mentor and coach to Scaffold E&D Lead Carpenters to aid in their development.
• Supervise and direct up to three Lead Carpenters and their crews to erect and dismantle various types of scaffolding under supervision of the E&D Foreman 2 or E&D Supervisor.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years as a Scaffold E&D Lead Carpenter or equivalent experience.
• Some trade school preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work comfortably and safely at considerable heights.
• Bilingual a plus.

• Ability to safely and effectively supervise a crew or direct up to three Lead Carpenters.
• Good knowledge of OSHA rules and regulations regarding scaffolding.
• Understanding of the various types of scaffolding material to ensure load limits are not exceeded.

The role requires bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 40 pounds or more, and working indoors or outdoors as required. The above is not a complete listing of all duties.

$23.52 - $29.40 per hour, starting rate may vary based on location, education, training, and experience.
