Phase I - $18.00/hr Approx 4-8 weeks hands on learning in the field, working on-call after hours with a crew chief and tackling the great challenges of restoration Phase II - $20-22/hr Lead technician that can intelligently discuss the required forms and paperwork necessary to sign a job with a customer. This individual will be able to stop in and check on jobs that are active and record and report back to the Crew Chief that is responsible for the job.
You should be expected to perform at this level within 2-4mos of employment. We realize all individuals learn at different paces so this is an approximation. Phase III - $22-24/hr You will graduate to a fully functioning Crew Chief that can go out and explain the restoration process, sign jobs, run a crew of technicians and satisfy all of the requirements of a job and make happy customers.

- Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and clean equipment appearance
- Prepare rooms/areas and equipment for work activities
- Perform production processes following SERVPRO® production guidelines per Crew Chief directions
- Ensure clear two-way communication with Crew Chief and other Technicians (especially regarding customer needs and concerns)
- Perform end-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown to leave job site with a clean and orderly appearance
- Understand and follow safety and risk management guidelines on the job site, in the office, and while traveling
- Possess a current and valid Driver's license
- Ability to travel locally and out of state as necessary
- Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
