What You'll Be Doing

As a Bookkeeper, you'll play a key role in keeping our finances organized and accurate. Your responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining the accuracy of the general ledger and providing daily financial reports
  • Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely and accurate transactions
  • Processing deposits, invoices, and vendor expenses
  • Preparing job costing and gross margin reports
  • Handling financial applications and account reconciliations
  • Supporting payroll processing and timesheet management

You’ll be a vital part of our team, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes so that employees and clients can focus on what they do best!

What We're Looking For

To thrive in this role, you should have:

  • 2-3 years of bookkeeping experience
  • Proficiency in Quick Books Desktop and Excel
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs
  • Experience with Paychex Flex (a plus, but not required)
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills for working with employees, clients, and vendors
