We are looking for a friendly and professional Temporary Receptionist to work at a front desk in an administrative building.
Dates:
- October 7-9
- October 13-16
- October 19-23
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors entering the building
- Direct visitors to the appropriate location or department
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct calls to the appropriate person
- Provide professional and friendly customer service
- Maintain a welcoming and organized front-desk environment
Requirements:
- Previous receptionist, front desk, administrative, or customer service experience preferred
- Professional communication skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable answering phones and interacting with the public
- Must be available to work the scheduled dates and hours
