Commercial Construction Foreman

A busy concrete contractor located in Elkton, MD is seeking a Commercial Construction Foreman to join their team. This person will lead field operations and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, hands-on construction knowledge, and the ability to coordinate crew, subcontractors, and project management.

Job Duties:

Supervise and coordinate daily activities of field crew;
Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications;
Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and company policies;
Schedule and manage labor, equipment, and materials efficiently;
Communicate progress, issues, and needs with project managers and leadership;
Train and mentor crew members to maintain high performance and safety standards;
Conduct daily jobsite safety meetings and enforce OSHA compliance;
Monitor quality control and ensure work meets project specifications.

Job requirements:

3+ years of commercial concrete construction experience;
Proven leadership experience as a foreman or lead;
Ability to read and understand construction documents. Salary range: $100K-$120K. #IND
