Located preferably in Elkton, MD, or near major NGDS sites across the U.S., this role requires 8 years of experience in capture/proposal management, exceptional leadership, and communication skills. The position involves developing capture plans, mentoring teams, and liaising with government customers. Competitive salary range is $166,700 - $289,600 annually, with various benefits including health insurance and paid time off.
