Network File Services (scoped to United States locations only):
- Creating new shared folders
- Modifying security on existing shared folders
- Renaming existing shared folders
- Moving existing shared folders
- Deleting existing shared folders
- First level support for locating missing folders or files (move to proper location, restore from previous versions, etc.)
- Second level support for restoring missing folder or files (utilizing backup & recovery tool)
- Data migration planning and execution as necessary
- Data Access Governance Administration (Stealth Bits)
- Managing folder ownership
- Managing entitlement reviews
- Follow-up on file system reports
- Open Access
- Direct Permissions
- Broken Inheritance
- Activity
- Follow-up on Active Directory reports
- Computers
- Groups
- Users
- Intra-region user moves (example - moving P: drive for moves between PHX and FLG)
- Creating new network printers (including DNS/IPAM work)
- Modifying existing network printers
- Deleting existing network printers
- Maintaining printer drives (update versions, etc.)
- Monitoring printers with errors
- Print server administration
- Ownership of Printer Directory (proprietary web-application for printer location and installation)
- Cleanup/standardization of printer properties/information
- Support & Administration of Secure Printing Solution
- Coordinating installation on new devices
- Coordinating hardware support as necessary
- Version upgrades

- Support & Administration of Multi-Function Printer/Copiers

Network Print Services (scoped to all Gore locations globally):
3 to 5 years of experience supporting Windows file services and permissions (NTFS permissions and Windows file sharing)
3 to 5 years of experience supporting Windows Distributed File Systems (Client)
3 to 5 years of experience supporting Windows print servers and print queues
3 to 5 years administering Microsoft Active Directory
Experience performing Windows Server administration
Experience supporting VMware VSphere Infrastructure
Experience administering DNS in a Windows or IPAM environment
Experience supporting network printers and multi-function printer/copiers
Experience with Network Attached Storage (NAS) arrays
Experience supporting enterprise applications, including:
- Configuring the application
- Working with third-party support
- Installing version upgrades
- Maintaining licensing & renewals
- Reporting
- Interfacing with internal teams on the use of the application
- Experience working with global teams across time zones and languages
- Must be able to work some weekends in the support of maintenance activities
