This position is responsible for all aspects of assembling, inspecting, and packing of product.
The position exists in a production environment. Requires gowning procedures for controlled environment. May at times involve exposure to chemicals that have fume removal by exhaust system requiring the use of personal protective equipment. May require the use of eye protection, hand protection, and, depending on noise level, may require hearing protection. Visual acuity in compliance with site specific Visual Acuity Program.
Requires constant sitting or standing for long periods of time with occasional stooping, bending, reaching, etc. Typically requires frequent lifting of 5 lbs. to 40 lbs. and occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. Constant repetitive motion tasks, such as pushing, pulling, and gripping.
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and basic math skills. Basic computer software skills, i.e. Microsoft Office.
