Registered Nurse Clinical Manager

Overview

Upper Bay Surgery Center is hiring a full-time Registered Nurse Clinical Manager.

• Directs, coordinates and controls the multi-disciplinary activities for patients undergoing surgical intervention in a safe environment.
• Oversees clinical operations, manages nursing staff, and ensures high-quality patient care.
• Responsible for interpretation, direction and evaluation of nursing practice to promote safe, efficient and therapeutically effective nursing care throughout the Center.
• Demonstrates the primary goal of providing surgical services that exceed customer expectations and improve clinical and financial operations.

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing, BSN preferred.
• Two (2) years of leadership experience in surgery management, including pre-op, intra-op, and post-op care with total joint and spine experience.
• Current Maryland RN License.
• BLS & ACLS Certification required.
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects.
• Excellent communication skills with staff and physicians.

• Pay Range: $95,680/yr - $110,240/yr (wages determined based on factors including qualifications and experience).
• Sign-on bonus: $7,500.
