Christiana Care, a healthcare organization with 1100 beds across two Magnet® recognized hospitals and a Level 1 Trauma service on the East Coast corridor between Philadelphia and Baltimore.
Looking for a highly motivated, energetic RN who wants to take your skills to the next level. Work in an interdisciplinary team with pharmacy, respiratory, intensivist, PA and other consultants to provide patient-centered care. The intensivist is housed directly on the ICU unit, facilitating communication and enabling nursing to provide quality patient care. Great place to start or grow your critical care knowledge, especially if you are looking to advance your skills in caring for the more acutely ill patients.
ResponsibilitiesRegistered nurse to work 24 hours per week supporting the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) unit. Typical shift is 7 p.m. – 7 a.m., with holidays and weekends per departmental guidelines.

- BSN required.
- ADNs may be considered if committed to obtaining BSN within three years of hire.
- At least one year of acute care experience required.
- BLS required.
- ACLS preferred; must obtain within three months of hire.
$41.28 - $66.05 per hour. This range represents Christiana Care’s good faith estimate of compensation at the time of posting. Actual salary will depend on individual factors including skills, experience, and qualifications.
