Registered Nurse; RN Night Shift - Behavioral Health - Crisis Unit - Uni

The Behavioral Health Nursing team at Union Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse to work 36 hours per week on the night shift with rotation to day shifts on weekends. Weekends and holidays are scheduled per department guidelines.

Behavioral Health (Psych) nursing experience in an inpatient or outpatient setting is required. Knowledge of crisis area is strongly preferred. Candidates with strong medical‑surgical experience and a passion for this area will also be considered.

• BSN preferred
• Current Maryland RN license or eligibility for Maryland RN license
• BLS required
• Psychiatric nursing experience strongly preferred; knowledge in crisis a plus
• Two‑year medical‑surgical experience in an acute care setting
• Professional certification in psychiatric‑mental health or medical/surgical preferred

Hourly Pay Range: $41.28 – $66.05. This range represents Christiana Care’s good‑faith estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors, including skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
