The Behavioral Health Nursing team at Union Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse to work 36 hours per week—night shift during the week with rotation day shifts, on weekends. Weekends and holidays are per department guidelines.

Behavioral Health (Psych) nursing experience in an inpatient or outpatient setting is required. Knowledge of the Crisis Area is strongly preferred. Candidates with strong Medical/Surgical experience and a proven passion for this area will also be considered.

• BSN preferred
• Current Maryland RN license or eligibility for Maryland RN license
• BLS required
• Psychiatric Nursing experience is strongly preferred; knowledge in Crisis a plus
• Two-year med/surg experience in an acute care setting
• Professional Certification in Psychiatric–Mental Health or Medical/Surgical preferred

Hourly Pay Range: $41.28 - $66.05. This range represents Christiana Care’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary offered will depend on individual factors including, but not limited to, skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
