Apparel Team Supervisor

Hourly wage: $20 - $33 per hour (or equal to/above the required minimum wage at the job location).

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and premium compensation ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour under specific circumstances (e.g., schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed). Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Apparel associates greet customers on the sales floor, offer assistance, and recommend merchandise based on the customer's wants and needs. After moving incoming merchandise to the sales floor, they maintain clothing racks, tables, and displays in proper order throughout the day.
