Develop and execute strategies to grow our local client base and enhance brand presence in Elkton.

Review existing policy portfolios to ensure clients have the right protection as their lives change.

Provide expert guidance on complex coverage matters, acting as a reliable advisor for local families and businesses.

Cultivate meaningful relationships with local community members and business leaders to foster long-term partnerships.

Oversee daily administrative tasks to ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently.

Collaborate with the broader team to identify new service offerings that add real value to our policyholders.

Active Maryland Property & Casualty insurance license.

Three or more years of experience managing insurance accounts or driving sales growth.

Strong command of local market dynamics in the Elkton area.

Capability to manage daily office operations with minimal oversight.

High level of comfort using digital policy management systems and Microsoft Office suite.

Exceptional interpersonal skills and a natural ability to connect with people from all walks of life.
