Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to employees, visitors, patients, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a healthcare location;
Conduct regular and random patrols of interior and exterior areas, including building entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations, while reporting unusual conditions or maintenance concerns;
Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and notifying appropriate personnel;
Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required, and help maintain orderly entry and exit procedures;
Complete accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements
