Loader, Warehouse, General Labor

PFG Customized, a division of Performance Food Group, is seeking a Loader to support our high-volume wholesale food service distribution operations. In this role, you will safely load and unload trailers, stage and verify orders, and use material handling equipment to move product accurately and efficiently. You'll inspect loads for damage, follow all warehouse safety and cleanliness standards, and work closely with drivers, selectors, and supervisors to meet delivery schedules.

Responsibilities

• Safely load and unload trailers using pallet jacks or forklifts as authorized
• Stage, organize, and secure pallets to meet load diagrams and delivery routes
• Verify product quantities, labels, and conditions against load sheets
• Inspect product and packaging for damage and report discrepancies
• Maintain clean, safe warehouse and dock areas per company standards
• Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and equipment operating guidelines
• Coordinate with selectors, drivers, and supervisors to meet dispatch schedules
• Use warehouse systems or RF scanners to track and confirm loaded orders
• Handle cases and pallets to minimize product damage and ensure load stability
• Support continuous improvement and productivity goals in a fast-paced environment
