Location:
Ellensburg, WA (Must live within 30-45 minutes)
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Foreman to support a multi-unit project in the Ellensburg area. This role will be responsible for assisting with daily site operations and stepping in to run the job site when the Superintendent is off-site.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee day-to-day construction activities on site
* Coordinate subcontractors and ensure work is completed on schedule
* Maintain quality control across all phases of construction
* Enforce job site safety standards and company policies
* Communicate effectively with the Superintendent and project team
* Step in to manage the site independently when needed
What We're Looking For:
We're looking for a well-rounded Foreman who understands all aspects of construction and can confidently lead a job site. Candidates will be asked about their strengths during the interview process, but broad knowledge across trades is key to success in this role.
