Job Summary

The Athletic Department at CWU is accepting applications to fill current and future part-time and quarterly appointment assistant coaching positions to coach in the areas listed below.

* Men's Baseball

* Men's/Women's Basketball

* Men's Football

* Women's Soccer

* Women's Softball

* Men's/Women's Track

* Women's Volleyball

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree and Documentation of:

* Prior Coaching/Assistant Coaching Experience OR,

* 3 years Professional Sport Athletic Experience

Preferred Qualifications

* Collegiate Coaching Experience

Pay, Benefits, & Work Schedule

Pay:
Based on the terms and conditions of the Collective Bargaining Agreement.

The minimum remuneration for the non-tenure-track titles for the  academic year will be as follows:

(a) Lecturer: $1,188 per workload unit for faculty with terminal degrees; $950 per workload unit for faculty without terminal degrees.

(b) Senior Lecturer: $1,307 per workload unit for faculty with terminal degrees; $1,044 per workload unit for faculty without terminal degrees.

Additional Information:
This announcement will be used to develop a pool of applicants for positions in the department of Athletics through March 2026. There is a possibility that selected applicants may be called on short notice to fill lecturer vacancies on a quarter-by-quarter basis.

Screening of applications begins immediately and will continue as needed. The number of lecturer positions filled varies from quarter to quarter, depending upon the needs of the department. Positions typically start at the beginning of an academic quarter. Your application will be maintained in this pool for consideration through March 2026.
