Position Type:
Part‑Time (Approximately 20 hours per week from September through mid‑June - pending program registrations, position could go to full‑time) Full‑Time Seasonal during Summer (July & August)
Position Summary:
KEEN is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Environmental Education & Adventure Programs Manager to lead and expand our adventure‑based and environmental education initiatives in Ellensburg, Washington. In this evolving role, you will design and implement a variety of programs—from after‑school activities and summer camps (including spring 4th‑grade Outdoor School) to school‑year adventure trips. You will also drive new initiatives in curriculum development, community outreach, fundraising, grant writing, first aid training, and adventure leadership.
This position is designed to grow over time as you infuse it with your interests, skills, and experiences.
