Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – LTC
Position: LPN – Long Term Care
Facility: Mountain View Post Acute
Facility Type: LTC / Nursing Home
Location: Ellensburg, Washington
Shift: Variable – Days / Variable – Evenings
Shift Length: 8-hour shifts
Hours: 40 Hours per week
Vendor: Prime Time Healthcare

Mountain View Post Acute is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide quality care to residents in a Long-Term Care setting. The LPN will work under the supervision of an RN or physician to ensure residents receive safe and effective nursing care.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

• Monitor residents' vital signs and overall condition

• Assist with daily living activities and resident care needs

• Document patient care accurately and timely

• Communicate changes in condition to RN and physicians

• Support and collaborate with CNAs and other healthcare staff

• Follow infection control and safety guidelines

• Active LPN license (Washington state or compact, if applicable)

• LTC / Nursing Home experience preferred

• Current BLS certification

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to work flexible day or evening shifts

• 40 hours guaranteed per week

• 8-hour shifts

• Variable schedule (Days or Evenings based on facility need)
