Full-time. Compensation: USD 44.70 - USD 79.60 - hourly.
The registered nurse (RN) is responsible for assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing and evaluating delivery of care. The RN is accountable for direct patient care and for supervising the care provided by professional and ancillary personnel. The RN assesses and plans for the educational needs of the patient and family that will contribute to the maintenance or restoration of health status on discharge.
As a member of the health team, the RN implements the nursing plan, coordinates with the medical plan and works collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team. Professionalism is demonstrated by quality of care, leadership and continued professional growth and development. Quality assurance endeavors, through process‑improvement initiatives, are implemented through and with the nursing team. Any RN in the hospital may be requested to float to other departments as patient needs dictate.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program and currently licensed in the State of Washington
- Current BLS for Healthcare Providers card (maintenance required)
- One to two years of previous clinical experience in an appropriate nursing area
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- CNOR
Wage: Wage range currently starts at $44.70/hour and goes up to $79.60/hour. Actual wage will be based on years of applicable experience.
Shift differentials apply;
Evenings (3p‑11p) = $3.00/hour, Nights (11p‑7a) = 12% of hourly base rate, Weekends = $3.50/hour.
FTE: 1.0 (40 hours/week).
