13 weeks. Five rural hospitals. One incredible opportunity to make an impact.
We re looking for exceptional L&D Nurses to support five Critical Access Hospitals serving rural communities throughout Central Washington. This is not a traditional travel assignment. Instead of being assigned to one hospital, you ll become part of a shared regional resource team, helping independent hospitals in rural communities maintain access to high-quality maternal care.

- 3+ years of Labor & Delivery experience
- Active Washington RN license OR eligible multistate/compact RN license.
- ACLS
- PALS
- STABLE
- Electronic Fetal Monitoring (EFM)
- Reliable transportation
- Strong clinical judgment and independent decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual Spanish/English
- Previous Critical Access Hospital or rural healthcare experience
- Previous travel nursing experience
- Experience working across multiple facilities or healthcare systems
