Since opening in Spokane, Washington, we have been a gathering place for those who enjoy sharing delicious food and building a local community of food enthusiasts. We stock fresh ingredients and a wide selection of groceries to cater to every taste and preference, with a focus on curating memorable shopping experiences for each customer.

At Rosauers Supermarkets, the deli is a culinary adventure. As a Deli Associate, you will craft customized sandwiches, salads, and other items with care and an artistic touch, delivering a deli experience that is second to none.

• Welcome and greet customers when entering or leaving the store.
• Answer customer questions, help locate items, and provide recommendations.
• Update displays, cases and other customer-facing areas to showcase new items and promotions.
• Ensure work areas are clean and prepared to service customers, including cleaning surfaces, equipment and floors, and removing trash.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures established by the company and regulatory agencies.
• Cooperate with others to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Perform other duties to support the overall success of the company.

• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Genuine dedication to providing an outstanding customer experience.
• Ability to facilitate clear, concise, and positive interactions with others.
